Our star Ava shines with Tipp squads.

Congratulations to Ava Gleeson and her family on her achievements with the Tipperary Camogie selection that played recently against Clare. As her article below mentions she is also on the South Camogie development team. A wonderful all-rounder, Ava is a great example of commitment and we wish her the very best for her no doubt bright future.

‘It has always been my dream to get picked for the Primary Game so I was delighted when I got picked to play at half time of the Tipperary vs Clare camogie match. We won the game  and I scored a point. I really enjoyed the experience and we got lovely gear. It was a great finish to the weekend as the day before I was on the South Tipp camogie team that won the shield final in Dr Morris Park, Thurles.’ Ava
