Ardfinnan NS had 30 amazing boys & girls from 3rd to 6th class representing us in the County Cross Country Championships in Thurles today. We were up against schools from all over the county & our boys & girls did us very proud. As we all know county medals are not easily won, so huge congrats to our 5th & 6th class boys who claimed the silver medal in the team category. Well done Oisín, Eoghan, Tommy & Noah & everyone who took part today. We all really enjoyed the day out! Today was fantastic preparation for the local cross country competition organised by Clonmel AC in October. Looking at today's incredible performances by all the boys & girls, we are really looking forward to our next athletics outing. Ardfinnan Abú!
