This week we did an experiment to see what would happen if we added vinegar to baking soda. We discovered that when you add an acid (vinegar) to a base (baking soda), together with some fairy liquid and green food colouring for added effect, that you create a gas; Carbon Dioxide. Also we learned that a pumpkin puking green foam is very cool, if a bit stinky.
